You, as a Borrower, are quite small. Small enough to fit in the hand of a "human bean", with the tallest of your kind potentially reaching almost seven inches tall - you will likely only reach around five or six. Your size is against you - as a Borrower, you are little more than small, fragile, tasty creature that could fill a mouth just as soon as a wallet. Your life is spent largely in hiding, borrowing things to furnish your lifestyle within the walls of a human bean's house, finding clever solutions to big problems... but what is life without conflict, after all? Looking past this, life as a Borrower is grand.Sure, you're small, but you can also explore and experience what others may never see - the brilliant world that a flower box can be, the hollow of a tree, the space between the walls. Yes, you're tasty, but if you're especially determined, that hungry bird might very well become your ticket to commanding the skies and those human beans aren't all bad (though we wouldn't risk it). Your lifestyle is a manner of glorified theft, but often what you take is not missed, and those clever solutions are just that - clever. The stupid and reckless don't last very long, if you still breathing being a testament to your ingenuity and powers of deduction doesn't boost your ego, I'm not sure what would.
