On an alternate version of the planet earth exists a supercontinent known only as IGNOLand. Born of a catastrophe in which the world was destroyed and recreated, IGNOLand is home to numerous strange creatures of just about every imaginable race, ranging from humanoids to cyborgs, aliens, demigods…even sentient chainsaw-wielding tigers.

IGNOLand is a sandbox-style forum, so the plots tend to crop up spontaneously. The main settings are various nations within and around the continent, where characters meet and embark on various adventures together. These can be serious plots to ridiculous shenanigans - it’s pretty much free for the members to decide what direction they want to take with their characters and the universe. Character-wise, you can pretty much be anything you want!! As long as your character has reasonable flaws and weaknesses to balance things out, we tend to be cool with whatever - almost anything can find a way to fit into our universe.

There’s no wordcount or any particular writing restrictions, either. Be what you want, do what you want. As long as you follow the rules and are respectful to other members, the sky’s the limit in IGNOLand!!
