Hirohito, monster brother

Chan is looking for the monstrous brother to her character Miki. The character needs to be in his late 20s, Japanese, and is extremely protective of his little brother. However, he's been separated from him for some time now and may even believe he--as a monster--is the reason that he died (except he's not dead, of course). This character has special permission to have a strange and unique warped ability to become an uncontrollable nightmare creature. This is not an ability any other character has! I suppose think of it almost as a form of lycanthropy except he's not a wolf, doesn't shift during the full moon--but rather ANY time the ability decides to take hold--and while he may eventually learn how to control it, he will never be fully in control of when the monstrous side of him takes over.
