Hey hey, what's up? We've been busy both in-game and behind-the-scenes. Plenty to keep us hopping. ;) In game: We're wrapping up a nice little spring market festival. Several members of the community have had a chance to show off their wares and artistic skills, and there were even dragon rides to be had. Good times for everyone! Behind the scenes: We've got some social media presences to present. Choose your flavor! We're on Pinterest (with boards for Places, Vistas, and NPCs), Tumblr, and Twitter. All of these are open for submissions from players and other interested parties, so if you've got something you want to share, we'd love to see it! Our new beginner's guide is almost finished; we're wrapping up work on a new FAQ to help people new to the multiverse style of game and to RPing on a journal site. Please feel free to stop by with any suggestions or questions you might have.
May arrives, and the May Day Queen has been crowned. Other new arrivals include a cyborg and a shinki. Life is never boring around the Nexus; there's always something new to be learned. Birthdays have been celebrated, space has been explored, and a certain minotaur princess has been spotted prowling the Forum again, most often debating philosophy with a lizard man and a ninja. The stakes for local card games are quite high; gamble at your own risk. The forecast is generally sunny with a high chance of optimism.
June has been a month of quiet reflection and private celebrations. A very confused man was perhaps not helped by meeting a young god of mischief. Han Solo was almost sociable. A dragon asked questions and a puppy stole hearts. Orcs had pie and people had adventures. The forecast for July is FREEDOM.
